Settings Overview

What each card on the Settings page does, and who can see it.

Open Settings from the bottom of the sidebar. The page groups its cards by the question you arrive with: who you are, how candidates move through your process, and where your roles get seen. You only see the cards your role can use, and a group disappears entirely when none of its cards apply to you.

Organization

Your team and account.

Connect Email & CalendarLink a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account once; candidate email and interview booking both run on it. See Connect Email & Calendar.Admins and Recruiters

ReferralsYour shareable referral link and QR code, plus the employee roster referrals are matched against. See Referrals & Employee Roster.Admins

Spend and Background Checks are switched on per organization. If you’re an Admin and don’t see Spend, or the Background Checks area says background checks aren’t enabled, contact your CONFIRM account team to turn them on.

Settings that live elsewhere

Some configuration is per job rather than organization-wide. Screening questions, the hiring pipeline, distance limits, a job’s own communication overrides, and its interview schedule are all edited from the job’s console. See The Job Console.

To change what someone can see, change their role or access on Team Members rather than looking for a per-page setting. See Team Members & Roles.
