Reviewing Screening Results
Every screening call produces a structured result on the candidate’s profile. Open any candidate from the Candidates page to see it in the detail panel.
The Overview tab
The Overview tab is the summary view of how the candidate did:
- Next action banner — tells you what’s pending for this candidate: a scheduled call retry (with a cancel option), an upcoming interview, or a review waiting on you.
- AI debrief — the agent’s analysis of the screening, alongside a resume fit score and analysis (how the resume matches the job) and a work history stability score. Each signal carries a colored tier indicator.
- Recommendation — a descriptive pill summarizing fit, such as “Strong fit indicators”, “Positive fit indicators”, “Mixed fit indicators”, or “Limited fit indicators”. The data informs your decision; it doesn’t make it for you.
- Screening Q&A — each question with the candidate’s answer. Knockout questions show whether they passed, and a failed knockout is flagged prominently. An inline audio player lets you jump to the moment each answer was given. Earlier screenings, if any, are listed below the latest one.
Tier indicators
Colored dots appear next to AI signals throughout the profile and on the candidate list:
You can filter the candidate list by tier using the tier filter (Off/All/Green/Yellow/Red).
The Calls tab
The Calls tab is the complete call history: screening calls, inbound calls, callbacks, scheduling calls, voicemails, and missed attempts. Each completed call includes:
- The audio recording with playback
- A timestamped transcript of the full conversation
- Call outcome, date, and duration
Use this when you want to hear exactly how an exchange went rather than rely on the summary.
Acting on a result
From the candidate detail panel:
- Advance — move the candidate to the next stage in the job’s pipeline (the button label adapts to where they are, e.g. scheduling an interview for a candidate who passed).
- Reject — close the candidate out, recording a rejection outcome.
- Override Status — set the candidate to a specific stage directly, outside the normal advance/reject flow. A written reason is required.
You can also reject candidates or change their status in bulk from the Candidates page by selecting rows and using the bulk actions toolbar.
Finding candidates that need review
On the Candidates page, the status filter includes an Awaiting Review option that narrows the list to candidates waiting on a human decision. Combine it with the job filter to work through one role at a time, and save the combination as a Saved View if you use it often.
For what happens before the result lands, see How Screening Works.
