Filters and Saved Views

Narrow the candidate list by stage, job, source, date, and more — then save the combinations you use every day.

Filters let you slice the candidate list any way you need. Saved views capture a filter combination so you (or your whole team) can return to it in one click.

Status filter

The status filter shows your pipeline’s stages as a list of color-coded options, each with a live count. Select one or more stages to show only candidates in those stages. Hover over a stage and click Only to filter to just that stage.

Two presets sit at the top of the filter:

  • Active — every stage except the closed ones. This is the day-to-day working set.
  • Closed — candidates whose process has ended: Hired, Client Rejected, and Do Not Contact.

Failed Screening is intentionally not part of the Closed preset — those candidates stay in the Active set because teams often revisit them.

Quick filters

Quick filters live in the More filter popover and can be combined:

Quick filterShows candidates who…
No Phone NumberHave no phone number on file, so they can’t be called for screening.
Incomplete ProfilesAre missing contact details needed to move forward.
Pending CallbacksAsked to be called back, or have a callback waiting.
Out of RangeLive outside the commute distance configured for the job.

To find candidates awaiting your team’s review, use the Awaiting Review option in the status filter.

Other filters

  • Job — limit the list to a single job.
  • Date range — filter by application date with From and To dates.
  • Interview timing — show candidates whose interviews are Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, or Next Week.
  • Source — multi-select by where candidates came from: Indeed, LinkedIn, Direct Apply, Referral, and other sources your organization uses.
  • Score range — filter by screening score using presets (80+, 60–79, 40–59, <40) or a custom min/max.

Tier filter

The tier filter overlays a green/yellow/red quality indicator on each candidate and can filter by it:

SettingEffect
Off (default)Tier dots hidden, no filtering.
All tiersTier dots shown on every row, no filtering.
Green / Yellow / RedTier dots shown, and the list is filtered to that tier.

Saved views

Once you’ve built a useful filter combination, save it:

1

Apply your filters

Set up the status, job, source, or other filters you want to capture.

2

Save the view

Click the save option in the views bar, give the view a name, and choose whether to pin it to the top of the page.

3

Optionally share it

Turn on Share with team to make the view visible to everyone in your organization. Otherwise it stays private to you.

Each saved view has a menu where you can Rename, Pin/Unpin, Share/Make Private, or Delete it. Pinned views appear as chips above the candidate table for one-click access.

Starred view

The Starred button in the views bar is a built-in view that shows only the candidates you’ve starred. See The Candidates Page for how starring works.

Filters persist in the URL

Every filter, sort, and page number is stored in the page URL. Refreshing keeps your view, and you can copy the URL to share an exact filtered list with a teammate.
