My Account

Manage your profile and account security.

The My Account page (Settings → My Account) covers your personal profile and sign-in security. It’s available to every role.

Personal information

Edit your First Name and Last Name, then click Save Changes. Your name appears to teammates in the member list and in places like interview scheduling.

Your email address is shown below your name but can’t be edited here — contact support if you need to change the email on your account.

Changing your password

Password changes go through the standard reset flow:

1

Sign out and open the sign-in page

Go to the portal sign-in page.

3

Set a new password

Follow the link in the email you receive and choose a new password.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to sign-in: after entering your password, you confirm a code sent to your phone.

  • The status badge at the top of the card shows Enabled or Not enabled.
  • Click Set up two-factor authentication to enroll. You’ll verify your phone number with a code sent by SMS.
  • Once enabled, your enrolled authenticators are listed with the date they were added. You can remove an authenticator from the same list (you’ll need to verify with a current code first).

Recovery codes

When 2FA is enabled, you also get a set of single-use recovery codes for signing in if you lose access to your phone. The card shows how many codes you have left and warns when you’re running low. Click Regenerate to invalidate the old set and download a fresh one — store the downloaded file somewhere safe.

Regenerating recovery codes invalidates all of your existing codes immediately.

Connected calendars

Calendar connections aren’t managed on this page. To connect or disconnect the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account used for interview scheduling, go to Settings → Integrations, Email & Calendar tab. See Calendar Integration for how scheduling uses your calendar.
