Job Boards & Careers Page

Connect the job board accounts you already pay for, and brand the careers page CONFIRM hosts for you.

The Job Boards page (Settings → Job Boards, Admins only) covers where your open roles get posted. It has two sections: Connected board accounts, for posting straight to boards you already have a contract with, and Careers page, the public job board CONFIRM hosts for you.

Connected board accounts

If your organization already pays for Indeed, LinkedIn, or another board, you can connect that account so CONFIRM posts to it directly. You use your existing credits, budgets, and contracts, and applications flow into CONFIRM for screening without any manual sync.

Connecting LinkedIn

You can connect LinkedIn yourself:

Start the connection

Click Connect LinkedIn.

Authenticate with LinkedIn

Click Sign in with LinkedIn and complete the sign-in in the new tab.

Enter your LinkedIn IDs

Back in the dialog, enter your Company ID and Recruiter contract ID. Both are found in your LinkedIn account, and each field links to help for finding it. Then submit to finish.

If you leave partway through, the account shows as an unfinished LinkedIn connection. You can resume it or discard it.

Indeed and other boards

For Indeed and other boards, CONFIRM sets up the connection for you. Contact your CONFIRM account manager to get started. While the setup is underway the account shows Setup in progress — CONFIRM is completing this connection, and any requests you’ve made appear under Pending requests.

Account status

Each connected account shows its status:

Status	Meaning
Connected	Ready to post.
Setup in progress	CONFIRM is completing the connection.
Setup failed	The connection didn’t complete. The reason is shown next to it; contact your account manager.

To remove an account, use the trash icon on its row and confirm. Disconnecting can’t be undone; you’d need to connect the account again.

Once an account is connected, you choose it when you post a job. See Posting to Job Boards.

If this section says “Job board integration is not enabled for your organization”, contact your CONFIRM account team to turn it on.

Careers page

CONFIRM hosts a public careers page for your organization. Every active job appears on it automatically.

The top of the section shows Your careers page is live with its full web address. Click Copy link to share it, or Open live page to view it as candidates do.

Branding

The Branding card controls how the page looks. A live preview beside it updates as you type.

Field	What it does
Accent color	A hex color such as `#2f5ae6`. It drives buttons, pills, highlights, and the page gradient.
Eyebrow label	The short line above the headline, such as “We’re hiring” (up to 60 characters).
Headline	The main heading (up to 120 characters).
Subheadline	A sentence under the headline (up to 300 characters).
Logo URL	A link to your logo image. Leave it blank to show your company’s initial in an accent-colored square.

Fields you leave blank fall back to defaults built from your company name. Click Save changes to publish your branding.
