Dashboard

Your home page. What needs a decision, today's interviews, the last seven days, and how candidates move through your pipeline.

The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It shows what’s waiting on you, the interviews coming up, and how your hiring pipeline is doing.

Before your first job

If your organization has no jobs yet, the Dashboard shows “Your workspace is ready” and a Create your first job button instead of the cards below.

Scoping to one job

The job selector at the top right narrows the Dashboard to one job. It applies to the stats at the top, the Needs Attention card, Upcoming Interviews, and Recent Activity. The Last 7 Days card and the Hiring Pipeline card always cover your whole organization; use the Job flow view in the pipeline card to see one job.

Greeting and stats

The top of the page shows the date, a greeting, a one-line summary (for example “No urgent items — you’re all caught up.”), and a Review screenings button that opens your review list.

Below are four stats. Each one is always shown and opens the matching view when clicked.

Last 7 Days

This card shows three numbers for the past week: New Apps (applications received), Calls Made (with how many completed), and Time Saved in hours compared with screening by hand. View metrics opens the Metrics page.

Needs Attention

This card lists the decisions waiting on your team:

RowWhat it means
Screenings to reviewCandidates who finished screening, broken down by fit: Strong, Consider, and Limited.
Awaiting interview feedbackInterviews that happened and need a decision.
No-shows to decideCandidates who missed an interview. Reschedule or reject.
Caller requests to follow upCandidates who called in and asked to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an interview, or for a call back. Opens the Candidates page with the Pending Callbacks filter on. See Inbound Calls & Callbacks.
Pending evaluationsCandidates who still need to complete an evaluation.

Rows with items come first, and the card shows how many rows need attention. Empty rows stay at the bottom, greyed out (for example “No screenings waiting”).

Click Review on a row to work through those candidates one at a time: you decide on one, then move to the next. View in candidate list opens the same candidates as a list instead.

Upcoming Interviews

The next scheduled interviews, grouped by day, in your organization’s time zone. Each row shows the time, candidate, and job, plus Confirmed when the candidate has confirmed or Reschedule when they’ve asked to move it. Switch between list and calendar views, and use View all when there are more interviews than fit. Click an interview to open the candidate. See Scheduling Interviews.

Hiring Pipeline

The same pipeline card as on the Metrics page, with a time range selector (All Time by default). Overview shows how many candidates reached each stage, from Applied through Hired, and how many are there now. Job flow shows one job’s own pipeline steps. Conversion details opens a breakdown of conversion between stages. See Metrics.

Recent Activity

The latest events across your candidates, such as applications, screenings, interviews, hires, and rejections, each with a status label and time. Click an item to open the candidate, or View all candidates to go to the Candidates page.
