Billing & Usage

Your plan, call usage, prepaid credits, phone number costs, and invoices — all on one page.

The Billing page shows everything about your organization’s subscription and spend. Open it from the sidebar.

Billing is visible to Admins only. Recruiters and Viewers don’t have access — see Team & Roles.

Current Plan

The plan card shows your subscription at a glance:

  • Plan name and monthly price, with a status badge (Active, Trial, Past Due, or Cancelled)
  • What the plan includes — a feature list for your tier
  • Current billing period — the start and end dates of the cycle you’re in. Your subscription renews at the end of this period unless it’s set to cancel, in which case a notice appears here.
  • Change Plan and Cancel buttons for managing the subscription

Usage This Period

The usage card tracks screening calls against your plan’s allowance for the current billing period:

  • Calls Used vs. Included in your plan
  • Rollover calls carried over from a previous period, when available
  • A progress bar showing how much of your total allowance (included + rollover) you’ve consumed, with the remaining call count
  • An overage alert if you’ve gone past your allowance, including the number of extra calls and their estimated cost
  • The period’s start and end dates

If you regularly hit overage, a higher tier may cost less than paying per extra call — compare with Change Plan.

Prepaid Credits

The credits card shows your prepaid credit balance:

  • Available credits ready to use, Reserved credits held for in-flight work, and the Total balance
  • A low balance warning when available credits run low, so service isn’t interrupted
  • The credits’ expiration date, if they expire, and your last purchase date
  • Buy Credits to top up, and History to review past credit transactions

Phone Number Costs

Dedicated phone numbers used for screening calls and SMS carry a monthly cost. This card shows:

  • Current Month — your total phone number charges so far this month
  • Active Numbers — how many numbers your organization has
  • Show Details — expand a per-number breakdown listing each phone number and its monthly cost, plus the average cost per number

Phone number costs are billed monthly on the 1st of each month.

Recent Invoices

The invoices card lists your most recent invoices, newest first. Each entry shows:

  • Invoice number and a status badge (for example, Paid)
  • The billing period it covers, plus created and paid dates
  • The total amount, with tax broken out where it applies
  • A preview of the line items (subscription, credits, phone numbers, and so on)

Use View to open an invoice’s full details, or the PDF button to download a copy for your records. View All shows your complete invoice history.
