Posting to Job Boards
This page covers how to post a job to job boards and what happens after you do. You create the job once in CONFIRM; posting distributes it to the boards you choose.
Before you start
- The job should be set up with its title, description, location, and salary — that’s what the boards will show. See Creating a Job.
- Job board distribution must be enabled for your organization. If you see “Job board integration is not enabled for your organization,” contact your administrator or CONFIRM support.
Post a job
Open the posting flow
From the Jobs page, open the actions menu on a job and choose Post to Job Boards. You can also get there from the job itself: open the Job Console, go to the Postings tab, and click Add a posting.
Choose your boards
The selector shows the destinations available to you. These fall into two groups:
- Your own board accounts — if you’ve connected your Indeed or LinkedIn account in Settings → Integrations, you can post directly through it. These postings are labeled “Your account,” and you manage any sponsorship budget on the board itself.
- Sponsored through CONFIRM — paid placements on boards that CONFIRM places and bills for. Prices are shown per board before you commit.
You can select more than one destination — each becomes its own posting.
A new posting starts as Pending and switches to Live once the board publishes the listing.
Indeed sponsorship tiers
For Indeed postings made through your own account, you can choose how the posting is promoted:
You can change the tier later from the posting’s card — see Managing Postings.
What the boards receive
Each posting carries the job’s listing details: title, description, location, employment type, and salary range. If you edit the job later, you can push those changes to live postings with the Sync to board action — the posting card flags itself as Out of sync until you do.
Keep the job description complete and the location specific before posting — boards use these to place and rank your listing.
Where applicants land
You never collect applicants from the boards manually. Candidates who apply to any posting flow into that job’s candidate list automatically, where screening picks them up. Each posting card tracks its own application and qualified counts, so you can see which board is delivering.
Postings that support Direct Apply let candidates complete the application on the board itself, without being redirected — they still arrive in CONFIRM the same way.
