Integrations | CONFIRM Docs

The Integrations page (Settings → Integrations) connects external platforms to your hiring workflow. It has two tabs: Job Boards (visible to admins) and Email & Calendar.

Email & Calendar

Connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account once — the same sign-in enables both candidate email sending and interview scheduling. Google connections cover Gmail and Google Calendar (with Meet links on invites); Microsoft connections cover Outlook and Microsoft Calendar (with Teams links).

To connect, click Connect Google Workspace or Connect Microsoft 365 and approve access in the provider’s sign-in flow. You can connect multiple accounts per provider — each connected account becomes available as an interview host.

Each connected account shows status chips:

Chip	Meaning
Active email sender	Candidate emails are sent from this account (one per provider)
Email connected	Email is authorized but another account is the active sender
Calendar host	This account’s calendar is connected for interview scheduling
Reconnect required	The connection broke (for example, a revoked or expired authorization) — click Reconnect

Other per-account actions:

Make active sender — switch which connected account sends candidate emails.
Re-connect to grant email/calendar — if an account is only partially connected, sign in again to grant the missing capability.
Remove (trash icon) — disconnects the account and revokes its email-sending and scheduling access, after confirmation.

Job Boards

The Job Boards tab (admins only) lets you connect your own job-board accounts so CONFIRM can post jobs directly on your behalf — your existing Indeed, LinkedIn, and other board accounts and contracts.

LinkedIn connects instantly with a self-serve flow: pick LinkedIn from the board picker and follow the connect dialog.
Indeed uses a bring-your-own-account sign-in: click the sign-in button, log in with your Indeed employer account, and the connection completes automatically. If an Indeed connection stops publishing postings, use Re-authorize on its card to sign in again.
Other boards are set up with help from the CONFIRM team — pick the board to get started and the team will reach out.

Connected accounts appear as cards with their current status. Once connected, you can post any job to your boards — see Posting to Job Boards.

If you see “Job board integration is not enabled for your organization”, contact your CONFIRM account manager to turn it on.

HRIS

CONFIRM doesn’t maintain a live HRIS connection. Instead, hired-candidate data is transferred via the HRIS Export in Reports: pick the target system (Paycom today, with more coming), select the job and candidates, map fields, and download a CSV formatted for import. See Exports.
