Exports

Download call logs, interview schedules, resumes, and HRIS-ready CSVs from the Reports page.

The Reports page (under Analytics in the sidebar) offers four exports for taking your data offline — for stakeholder reporting, compliance records, or upload into another system. Reports are available to Admins and Recruiters.

Call Log Export

A spreadsheet (.xlsx) of all call activity, including candidate info, outcomes, and screening results. Pick a timezone for the timestamps and click Download Call Log. Test calls are excluded.

Each row is one call:

ColumnDescription
Candidate NameFull name of the candidate
PhoneCandidate’s phone number
Job TitleThe job the call was about
Call Date/TimeWhen the call took place, in your selected timezone
DirectionInbound or outbound
Call OutcomeHow the call ended (completed, voicemail, no answer, …)
DurationCall length
Screening ResultScreening outcome for completed calls

Interview Schedule Export

A spreadsheet (.xlsx) of scheduled interviews with candidate details, times, and job information.

1

Set the date range

Choose start and end dates for the interviews you want.
2

Pick a timezone

Times in the file are rendered in the timezone you select.
3

Select jobs

All jobs are selected by default; untick any you want to exclude.
4

Download

Click the download button to generate the file.

Columns include Candidate Name, Email, Phone, Interview Date, Interview Time, Type, Status, Duration (min), Job Title, Location, and Notes.

Resume Export

A ZIP file of candidate resumes, filtered by date range and job. Set the date range, select jobs, and click Download Resumes.

The export covers candidates who applied within the selected date range for the selected jobs, and only candidates with an uploaded resume are included.

HRIS Export

Generates an applicant-upload CSV formatted for your HRIS. Paycom is supported today; additional systems will appear in the system dropdown as they ship.

1

Choose the target system and job

Pick the HRIS system, then the job whose candidates you want to export. Each job keeps its own system-specific mapping.

2

Configure the mapping

For Paycom, fill in the values from your Paycom mapping reference:

  • Requisition ID (required) — the job’s ID from Paycom’s Requisition ID column
  • Post Type — E (External), I (Internal), G (Global), or H (Hidden)
  • Default Application Status — 0 (Incomplete) or 1 (Completed), applied to every exported row

Save the settings before exporting; they’re remembered on the job for next time.

3

Select candidates

A candidate table for the job lets you tick exactly who to include, with search to find people quickly.

4

Preview and download

Preview shows the export in a dialog so you can sanity-check the rows before committing. Download CSV saves the file, ready to upload to your HRIS.

If the Preview and Download buttons are disabled, check that the job has a saved Requisition ID and at least one candidate is selected — unsaved mapping changes also block export until you save or discard them.
