Metrics

KPI tiles, trend and funnel charts, job performance, and cost efficiency for your screening operation.

The Metrics page (under Analytics in the sidebar) is your reporting view: headline KPIs for the selected period, daily trends, a conversion funnel, per-job performance, and what each screening costs you.

Choosing a reporting period

A time-range selector at the top of the page controls every number below it: This Week, Last Week, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.

Next to it, Preview email shows the weekly digest email exactly as it’s sent to your team, built from the same data.

Time saved

A banner at the top totals the period’s impact: hours of manual phone-screening time saved and the equivalent dollar value, based on the screenings the AI completed for you.

KPI tiles

Eight tiles summarize the period:

TileWhat it measures
New ApplicationsCandidates who applied in the period
Total Calls MadeOutbound screening call attempts, with how many unique candidates were reached out to
Total Texts SentSMS messages sent to candidates
Candidates ScreenedScreenings completed
Screened RateApplicants screened ÷ total applicants
Connect RateCandidates reached ÷ candidates called
InterviewsInterviews scheduled
HiredCandidates hired

Most tiles are clickable — they open the candidate list filtered to the same reporting window (and, for Interviews and Hired, to the matching stage), so you can see exactly which candidates make up a number.

Applicants & Screenings Trend

A daily line chart plotting applicants and screenings across the period, so you can spot spikes in application volume and confirm screening keeps pace.

Conversion funnel

A funnel chart tracks the full path with a conversion rate at each step:

Applications → Contacted → Screened → Ineligible / Eligible → Interview Scheduled → Hired

Ineligible counts candidates the screening filtered out; Eligible counts those who passed and continue toward scheduling.

Top Performing Jobs

A table of your busiest jobs for the period with Calls, Screens, and 1st Interviews per job — useful for seeing where screening volume is concentrated and which roles convert.

Cost Efficiency

Once the period has completed screenings and spend, a Cost Efficiency card compares:

  • Your Cost/Screen — what each completed screening cost you
  • Industry Average — the typical $25–35 cost of a manual phone screen
  • ROI Multiplier — how many times over the platform pays for itself
