The Candidates Page
The Candidates page lists every applicant across all of your organization’s jobs. From here you can search, sort, filter, star important candidates, and open any candidate’s full profile.
Table columns
Each row shows the candidate’s key information at a glance:
Searching
Use the search bar to find candidates by name, email, or phone number. Search combines with any active filters, so you can search within a filtered list.
Sorting
Click a sortable column header to sort the list:
- Candidate — sort alphabetically by name.
- Applied — sort by most or least recent activity.
Clicking the same header again reverses the sort direction.
Pagination
The list shows 20 candidates per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages. The total count reflects whatever filters are currently applied.
Starring candidates
Click the star icon on any row to flag a candidate. Stars are personal to you — they’re useful for building a shortlist of people you want to revisit or discuss with your team. Click Starred in the views bar above the table to see only your starred candidates. You can also star and unstar a candidate from their profile.
Row menu
The menu at the right end of each row offers quick actions without opening the profile:
- View Profile — open the candidate’s detail view.
- Delete — permanently remove the candidate and their related data. You’ll be asked to confirm.
To narrow the list by stage, job, source, date, or more, see Filters and Saved Views. To act on many candidates at once, see Bulk Actions.
Empty states
If no candidates match your current search or filters, the page shows “No candidates found” with a button to clear your filters. If your organization has no candidates at all yet, you’ll see “No candidates yet” with a shortcut to add your first candidate.
