Postings Overview
This page explains the difference between a job and a posting, and walks through the Postings page — the cross-job view of everywhere your roles are live.
Jobs vs. postings
A job is the role itself: the title, description, location, salary, screening questions, and pipeline you set up in CONFIRM. A posting is that job distributed to one specific job board — Indeed, LinkedIn, or another channel.
One job can have many postings. For example, a single Caregiver job might be live on Indeed and LinkedIn at the same time — that’s one job with two postings, and each posting gets its own card with its own status, application count, and actions.
Applicants from every posting flow back into the same job’s candidate list automatically, ready for screening.
The Postings page
Open Postings in the sidebar to see every posting across all your jobs — one card per board, grouped under the job it belongs to. Each job’s title appears as a header above its postings and links to that job.
This is the cross-job counterpart to the Job Console’s Job Boards section, which shows the same cards scoped to a single job.
Summary metrics
When you have postings, three summary cards appear at the top of the page:
What each card shows
Every posting card displays:
- The board (Indeed, LinkedIn, or another channel) with its logo
- A status badge: Live, Pending (ordered but not yet live), Paused, Completed, or Failed
- How the posting is run: Your account (posted through your own board account) or Sponsored through CONFIRM
- When it was posted and how long it has been live
- Applications and qualified counts for that posting
- An actions menu for pausing, resuming, syncing, and more — see Managing Postings
Where postings come from
Postings are created when you post a job to a board:
- From the Jobs page: open a job’s actions menu and choose Post to Job Boards
- From the Job Console: open the Job Boards section and click Add a posting

If your organization used CONFIRM’s older Indeed integration, those listings appear as Legacy (Indeed) cards alongside your other postings. They’re managed in your Indeed employer dashboard rather than from CONFIRM — see Managing Postings.
First posting
If you haven’t posted anything yet, the page shows a No postings yet state with a shortcut to your Jobs list. Pick a job, post it to a board, and applicants start flowing back into CONFIRM automatically.
