• AI voice screening. A voice agent conducts the screening call: it asks your questions, applies your knockout criteria, answers candidate questions, and records the conversation. Every call produces a transcript, recording, and structured results.
• Job posting distribution. Create a job once and post it to job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn. Applicants flow straight into your pipeline.
• Candidate pipeline. Track every candidate through clearly defined workflow stages — from Applied through screening, interview, and hire — with filters, saved views, and bulk actions.
• Interview scheduling. Book interviews from a candidate’s profile. Calendar integration syncs the booking and the candidate is notified automatically by email and SMS.
• Candidate messaging. A unified Inbox for SMS and email conversations, plus templates and automated send rules.
