Managing Jobs

Find, filter, and manage your roles from the Jobs list.

The Jobs page lists every role in your organization. From here you can search and filter jobs, change their status, post them to job boards, duplicate them for new roles, and open the per-job console.

Header stats

When you have jobs, the page header shows quick counts: Active, Draft, Paused, and the total number of candidates screened across the listed jobs.

Searching, filtering, and sorting

  • Search — type in the search box to filter jobs by title.
  • Status — a multi-select filter; pick any combination of Draft, Active, Paused, Filled, and Closed. Selected statuses appear as removable chips below the toolbar, with a Clear all option.
  • Sort — choose Newest, Recently updated, or Alphabetical.

The list shows 20 jobs per page, with active and paused jobs sorted to the top.

Job statuses

StatusMeaning
DraftStill being set up — no screening happens. Drafts show a Continue setup link that reopens the setup flow.
ActiveLive — candidates are screened and calls are made.
PausedScreening is temporarily stopped. Existing data is kept; flip back to Active any time.
FilledThe position has been filled. Screening stops, but the job and its candidates remain in your records. Filled jobs can be reopened.
ClosedThe job is closed without being filled. Closed jobs can also be reopened.

For Active and Paused jobs, the status pill on the job row is clickable — click it to toggle between active and paused without opening a menu.

Reading a job row

Each row shows, on its first line, the job title, an Auto badge if AI screening calls are enabled (candidates are called automatically when they apply), a Live on N boards chip if the job has active job board postings (click it to jump to the job’s postings), the status pill, and the actions menu.

The second line shows the location, the work arrangement (Remote/Hybrid/On-site), the employment type, and the salary range. The third line shows Screened, Qualified, and Hired counts (or Continue setup for drafts) plus when the job was last updated.

Click anywhere on the row to open the job console.
