Referrals & Employee Roster
The Referrals page (Settings → Referrals, Admins only) has two parts: a shareable referral link with a QR code, and your employee roster. When a candidate applies through the referral link, or mentions on a call who referred them, CONFIRM matches the name they give against the roster so the referral is credited to the right employee.
Referral link & QR code
The Referral link & QR code card shows a link to your public careers page that’s tagged as a referral. Anyone who applies through it is tracked as a referral and matched to the employee they name.
- Click Copy to copy the link and share it with employees, who pass it on to people they know.
- Click Download QR to save the QR code as an image. Print it on flyers or break-room posters so staff can scan it with their phone.
Referred candidates whose referrer couldn’t be matched automatically can be found with the Referrals to Assign quick filter on the Candidates page (under More).
The employee roster
The Employees card lists everyone on your roster with their name (and external employee ID, if you provided one), phone, email, department, total confirmed referrals, and an Active or Inactive badge. Long rosters are paginated, and Refresh reloads the list.
Importing a roster
Download the template
Click Download template for a starter CSV with the right columns: first_name, last_name, email, phone, department, employee_id, and hire_date.
Fill it in
Add one row per employee. First and last name are required; the other columns are optional but improve matching and reporting.
Imports are safe to repeat. A row that matches someone already on the roster updates that entry rather than creating a duplicate, so the simplest way to keep the roster current is to re-import a fresh export from your HR system from time to time.
Adding one employee
Click Add employee to add a single person without a file. First and last name are required; email, phone, and department are optional.
There’s no per-row delete on this page. To correct an entry, re-import or re-add it with updated details. If you need entries removed entirely, contact support.
How referral matching works
The roster is used in two places:
- The referral link. Candidates who apply through it name the employee who referred them, and CONFIRM matches that name against the roster.
- Calls. When a candidate mentions on a call that someone referred them, the AI agent matches the name against the roster, allowing for spelling and pronunciation differences.
When a match is confirmed, the employee’s referral count goes up.
