# Quickstart

This guide walks the full flow end to end: create a job, get candidates in, let the AI agent screen them, review results, and schedule interviews. Each step links to a deeper page.

#### Create a job

Go to **Jobs** and click **Post Your Job**. Setup has five steps: **Job Details**, **Screening Questions**, **Pipeline**, **Scheduling**, and **Review & Activate**.

On Job Details you can upload or paste an existing job description to pre-fill the form, or enter a title and click **Generate with AI**. Click **Save & Continue** to save the job as a draft and move on.

See [Creating a Job](/jobs/creating-a-job) for the full walkthrough.

#### Review your screening questions

CONFIRM generates a starting set of screening questions from your job details. Edit, reorder, or remove them, and add your own. Mark true must-haves — work authorization, a required license — as **Knockout** questions.

See [Screening Questions](/jobs/screening-questions) and [Knockout Criteria](/jobs/knockout-criteria).

#### Shape the pipeline

Choose what happens after a candidate passes screening: add interview rounds, review steps, or assessments in the order you want. The pipeline decides whether passing candidates wait for your approval or go straight to interview booking.

Then set interview availability on the Scheduling step.

#### Activate the job

On **Review & Activate**, check the readiness checklist and the summary of your job. Tick **I've reviewed this job posting and confirm all details are accurate**, then click **Activate Job**. The job moves from **Draft** to **Active** and starts screening applicants.

If you leave before activating, the job stays a draft. Use **Continue setup** on its row in the Jobs list to pick up where you left off.

#### Get candidates in

There are two ways to fill the pipeline:

* **Post to job boards.** On the job's row in the Jobs list, click **Promote Your Job on Job Boards** to buy placements on boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, or to post to your own board account. Applicants flow into the job automatically. See [Posting to Job Boards](/postings/posting-to-job-boards).
* **Add candidates yourself.** On the **Candidates** page, click **Add**. Upload the candidate's résumé (required), fill in their details, and pick the job. With **Screen by phone now** on (the default), a screening call is queued as soon as the candidate is added. See [Adding Candidates](/candidates/adding-candidates).

#### Candidates get screened

Every active job screens its applicants automatically. The AI agent calls each candidate, asks your screening questions, checks knockout requirements, and answers candidate questions using your knowledge base. Candidates can also call back on their own schedule.

See [How Screening Works](/screening/how-screening-works).

#### Review results

Open a candidate from the **Candidates** list to see their fit tier, per-question answers, the transcript, and the call recording. From there you move the candidate forward, reject them, or message them.

See [Reviewing Results](/screening/reviewing-results).

#### Schedule interviews

When a candidate reaches an interview round, they get a booking link by text and email so they can pick a time. You can also send the link yourself or book a time on their behalf from the candidate's profile. Bookings land on the job's connected calendar.

See [Scheduling Interviews](/interviews/scheduling-interviews) and [Calendar Integration](/interviews/calendar-integration).
