# Introduction

CONFIRM is an AI-powered candidate screening platform. Instead of spending hours on first-round phone screens, you let CONFIRM's voice agent call your applicants (or take their calls), ask your screening questions, and hand you reviewable results — all from one portal.

## What CONFIRM does

* **AI voice screening.** Every job screens applicants by phone automatically. The voice agent asks your questions, checks your knockout requirements, answers candidate questions from your knowledge base, and records the conversation. Each call produces a transcript, a recording, and structured results.
* **Job board posting.** Create a job once, then promote it on boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn from the portal. Applicants flow straight into the job's pipeline.
* **A hiring pipeline per job.** Each job has its own sequence of steps after screening — reviews, interview rounds, assessments — and every candidate's status tells you where they are and what happens next.
* **Interview scheduling.** Candidates who move forward get a booking link by text and email, or you book a time for them from their profile. Bookings land on your connected Google or Microsoft calendar.
* **Candidate messaging.** A unified Inbox for SMS and email conversations, plus templates and automated messages at each step.
