# Exports

The **Reports** page (under Analytics in the sidebar) is where you export your data for reporting, record keeping, or upload into another system. Pick a report from the list on the left; its options and download button appear on the right.

| Group | Report | What you get |
| ------------ | ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Exports | **Unique Applicants** | Who applied, by time range (.xlsx) |

| Exports | **Background Checks** | Orders, status, and spend (CSV). Only shown if your organization uses background checks. |

## Who can export

Downloading reports is limited to Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers. Other roles see "Reports aren't available for your role" and can ask an Admin to change their role on **Settings → Team Members**.

If an Admin has limited your access to specific jobs, you can't run exports that cover the whole organization, such as Unique Applicants, Resumes, Call Log, Interview Schedule, the Background Checks CSV, or the iSolved upload. You can still build the Paycom upload for a job you have access to. See [Team Members & Roles](/settings/team-and-roles#what-each-role-can-do).

## Common options

* **Time range**: **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, **Last 90 days**, **This year**, **All time**, or **Custom range…** with a start and end date.
* **Jobs**: pick one or more jobs, or **Select all**. On the Interview Schedule report, leaving jobs unselected includes every job.
* **Timezone**: the time zone for dates and times in the file, such as Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, or UTC.

## Unique Applicants

One row per candidate per job they applied to, with contact details, application status, and source. Choose a time range and timezone. A preview shows the first rows (candidate, email, job, applied date, status). Click **Download .xlsx**. Test and deleted records are left out, and the download includes all columns.

## Resumes

Candidate resumes as a ZIP file.

#### Filter

Choose a time range, at least one job, and optionally one or more statuses.

#### Pick candidates

Candidates who match and have an uploaded resume are listed. Tick the ones you want, or **Select all**.

#### Download

Click **Download .zip**.

Only candidates with an uploaded resume are listed.

## Call Log

All call activity: candidate details, outcomes, durations, and screening results. Choose a timezone and click **Download .xlsx**. Test calls are left out.

## Interview Schedule

Scheduled interviews with candidate details, times, and job. Choose a time range, jobs, and timezone, then click **Download .xlsx**.

## Background Checks

Orders, status, and spend for a date range, filtered by job and status. A table previews each check with candidate, job, package, status, dates, amount, and report. Click **Export CSV**. Amounts are what your organization is charged; spend is hidden when candidates pay for their own checks.

If you don't see this report, your organization isn't set up for background checks. Contact your CONFIRM account team to turn it on.

## HRIS Upload

Builds an applicant upload for your HRIS. Choose the **HRIS System** (**Paycom** or **iSolved**) and a **Job**, then select candidates. You can search by name or email and filter by stage, source, and applied date.

### Paycom

#### Fill in the Paycom mapping

Enter the **Requisition ID** (required), the **Post Type** (E — External, I — Internal, G — Global, or H — Hidden), and the **Default Application Status**, which is applied to every exported row. Click **Save settings**. They're remembered for the job.

#### Select candidates

Tick the candidates to include.

#### Preview and download

**Preview** shows the file before you download it. **Download CSV** saves it, ready to upload to Paycom.

> **Tip**
>
> Preview and download stay disabled until the job has a saved Requisition ID and at least one candidate is selected. Unsaved mapping changes also block them: "You have unsaved Paycom settings. Save them before previewing or downloading."

### iSolved

Select candidates and click **Download iSolved .zip**. The ZIP groups resumes into folders of 10 (batch\_01, batch\_02, and so on), with a manifest.csv listing each candidate's name, email, phone, and batch. Then:

1. Download and unzip the export.
2. In iSolved, open the job and choose **Bulk Upload applicants**.
3. Upload one batch folder at a time, using manifest.csv to track which batches are done.

Only candidates with an uploaded resume are included.
